The 2015 Historic Urbanna Christmas House Tour features beautiful coastal homes, historic sites and unique holiday décor capturing the magic of this special season. Join us for festive tour in the town of Urbanna and Kilmer’s Point communities. Sites and homes along the tour include historic Lansdowne, James Mills Scottish Factor Store, Middlesex County Courthouse, the homes of Melinda & Bob Sledd, Rebecca & Chuck Rao and Karen & Mark Houser, and the Urbanna Bungalow.
Explore the many shops and restaurants in Urbanna before and after the tour. There you will find a wonderful selection of special gifts, fashionable apparel and exceptional artwork for the holidays. Come early and get a sneak preview of the Historic Urbanna Christmas House Tour! This special ticket includes a fashion show by Cyndy’s Bynn, Lowe Tide & R.S. Bristow Store, followed by a luncheon and tour of Lansdowne. This ticket also includes a tour of all homes and historic sites on Saturday, December 5.
Saturday, December 5 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Tickets $25
This ticket includes a tour of all seven homes and historic sites. Shuttle service will be available from Urbanna United Methodist Church on Marston Ave. to area homes. Saturday tour parking will be available at Urbanna United Methodist Church and the surrounding area. Boxed lunches will also be available at the church.
